1) PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE

Select Click & Collect from the shipping options.

2) You will be Notified Once your order is ready

You will receive an SMS or Email message once your order is ready for collection. Do not arrive at the warehouse before you receive the collection message, as the order will not be ready for you to collect.

3) Come & Collect your order

Once notified that your order is ready, you will have 10 business days to collect from our warehouse at:

63-67 Tarnard Drive, Braeside VIC, 3195.

Collection can be made Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

We encourage customers to contact us prior to placing an order if you wish to confirm an item is in stock and available to collect. This also applies for any specific requests you may have, for example if you wish to arrange collection for a specific date/time. Click & Collect is an option for Victorian residents only and will only appear as an option if you input a Victorian postcode at the Cart or Checkout page.
