Subfloor Kits
Our subfloor kits are suitable for most sized areas as we have packaged these kits to service areas up to 200m3. If you have a larger area, you can design your own kit or get one of our specialists to do it for you. Each kit comes with everything you should need to install including a quality inline fan, ducting, vents, time, flex and plug, hanging tape and duct tape, and for the larger area kits, BTO and reducers are added. Subfloor Ventilation Definition: Sub floor ventilation is critical for the longevity of building materials, for the health of the building's interior and the health of those occupying buildings. The sub-floor area is often enclosed and poorly ventilated providing an environment that is conducive to fungi growth, mould, termite activity and wood decay. It can also give rise to stale and musty odours which permeate into living areas. Correct sub-floor ventilation often reduces the risk of these factors and improves the quality of living within the dwelling. We have a variety of kits available to suit a broad range of subfloor areas.
