Fanco’s Origin DC incorporates three blades which arch outwards from an elliptical motor in a gentle wave. This unique shape delivers an outstanding airflow of 13,446 m3/hr, on its fastest speed. Paired with a low-energy DC motor, this high functionality creates one of the most efficient ceiling fans in the Fanco range. The Origin DC Ceiling Fan is available in either a black, white or koa finish and measures 56 inches.
This model utilises a DC motor, however it has an internal inverter and is therefore compatible with normal AC electrical systems. It cannot be connected directly to a DC power source.

The Origin DC ceiling fan features ultra modern and lightweight plastic blades. The fan has a large overall diameter of 56″ making it a perfect choice for a large room such as a living room, a big bedroom or entertaining area. The Origin comes with a 6 speed remote control and the fan cen be reversed for summer/winter use via the remote. Finally a LED light kit can be purchased with the fan. This light kit replaces the cap at the base of the motor. The light kit features a 18w LED light, which provides 1100 lumens at a temperature of 3500k (warm white).

*Warranty conditions for fans installed in Enclosed outdoor areas are as follows: Fan must be shielded from wind and rain (enclosed area, min. 1.5m from edge of eave/roof). The warranty will cover open circuit motor faults, and remote control faults if not related to outdoor exposure. The Warranty will not cover outdoor related issues such as rusting, or failure clearly caused by water, moisture or wind. The Warranty will not cover external appearance or finish of any part of the ceiling fan.

Fanco Origin DC fans are stylish and minimalistic. They are efficient and very quiet.

Bought 2 of these fans with built in light & they look great. One fan makes a knocking noise on higher (5th & 6th) speed, but otherwise both are silent and give fantastic airflow. Functions on remote control are a bit basic, but overall very happy
