The extra large 86″ The Big Fan v2 from Hunter Pacific is another great option for those looking for a ceiling fan for commercial, industrial and residential locations. Offering 9-speeds of control via the included remote and wall control the fan is powered by an efficient DC motor which consumes 54.1W on max speed while moving a gigantic 35,480 m3/hr of airflow. The extra large blade span means the fan features reinforced blades merging aluminium and high-grade plastic to form aerodynamically wedge-compressed blades. The fan is suitable for installation indoors, outdoors undercover and coastal locations.
This model utilises a DC motor, however, it has an internal inverter and is therefore compatible with normal AC electrical systems. It cannot be connected directly to a DC power source.
