The Maxair 150 Window Exhaust Fan is a window mount exhaust fan that also features electric shutters to prevent back drafts. Auto switch models have approximately 60 seconds delay on opening and up to 3 minutes delay on closing of shutters, ensuring silent operation. This model is one of the few on the market that can be installed solely from the inside, making it a popular choice for high rise buildings. This model also comes with a pull cord hanging from the motor, which is used to turn the fan on/off.
