This is a Sub Floor Ventilation Kit created specifically for areas of up to 120 cubic meters. This kit comes with a BTO (Y junction) that allows for two intake points. This premium sub floor ventilation system features an Inline TT Silent fan (150mm) along with other duct, vent, timer and installation components. These are suitable for DIY installation however other accessories may require installation by an electrician.

Some buildings have very little sub-floor ventilation. Inadequate underfloor ventilation can lead to an accumulation of moisture in the sub floor space. This in turn can cause structural and health problems for the home and it’s occupants. The most common reason for inadequate under floor ventilation is that there not enough vents, or they are too small for the size and layout of building. Building extensions, building location and soil type can all contribute to problems in the sub-floor space.

- Flex & Plug. Lead and plug will be connected to high speed. To use with optional speed controller, lead and plug will need to be removed so the fan can be hard wired.

| General Exhaust Fan Advice | It is recommended to achieve a minimum of 15 air changes per hour in a bathroom to remove excess moisture., To work this out, calculate the volume of air in the room ( length x width x height, all in meters) and multiply this by the number of air changes to get the required air volume of the fan. |
