Sub Floor Ventilation Kit with VKM 200 – Up to 200m3

This is a Sub Floor Ventilation Kit created specifically for areas of up to 200 cubic meters. This subfloor ventilation system features an Inline VKM (VKM Centrifugal Fan 200mm)

Some buildings have very little sub-floor ventilation. Inadequate underfloor ventilation can lead to an accumulation of moisture in the subfloor. This, in turn, can cause structural and health problems for the home and its occupants. The most common reason for inadequate underfloor ventilation is that there are not enough vents or they are too small for the size and layout of a building. Building extensions, building location and soil type can all contribute to problems in the subfloor.

Note: Please be aware that there may be a slight variation in the products sent with this kit due to stock variation. The fan will always remain the same, however there may be colour differences or slight shape differences in the other components (this will not affect the use of the kit).

• 1x Flex & Plug. Lead and plug will be connected to high speed. To use with optional speed controller, lead and plug will need to be removed so the fan can be hard wired.
