Its default flow rate function will operate unless it receives humidity sensor detection or external switch input to adjust to a different speed. Adaptable to wall, ceiling, or loft mounting.

Vent-Axia Multivent Continuous Ventilation Kit Features
Vent-Axia Multivent Continuous Ventilation Kit is equipped with a highly efficient motor (572 m3/hr). Specifically engineered to extract air from three separate areas (125mm duct diameter) from spaces with increased moisture levels. Particularly ideal for bathroom, toilets, laundries and kitchens areas. The extracted air is emitted through a 150mm diameter duct termination protected with a weather-resistant external vent.
Natural ventilation occurs through gaps surrounding doors and windows, allowing for the replacement of indoor air. Function is to facilitate the entry of replacement air into your home through windows and other openings.
The slow rate of extraction continuously moves air around the property at such a low level. Automatic humidity sensing ability ensures the unit speeds up when required. End result is a fairly automated continuous approach to ventilation. Additionally, drawing only 85 watts at full speed and considerably less at lower speeds.
Note the motor included is highly specific for this application. Engineered to withstand max pressure of 810 Pascals. Well suited for multiple extraction points.
Digital Display with Automatic and Manual Control Options
Included is a digital display, with the ability to adjust 4 speeds (low, normal, boost, purge) to 1% increments of the maximum fan speed. Also included is an integrated humidity sensor with an adjustable threshold, which increases fan speed in proportion to the level of humidity detected. It automatically raises the humidity threshold set point as temperature decreases to prevent unnecessary boosting due to background humidity.
