This Remote Control is an RF (Radio Frequency) model which operates 36, 50 & 56 inch Spyda Ceiling Fans suitable with old style light kit – model no: SPYLKXXX. It is able to be fitted as an after-market remote (you can change from a standard wall control to a Remote Control option very easily), or you can buy it with the fan to install at the same time. The remote control basics are great for ease of operation.

It also controls the light, allowing you to access the fan’s four-step dimming functionality.

This Remote Control is for the Spyda Ceiling Fan 36, 50 & 56 inch ranges only. It features three speed settings, an on/off fan and light function, and an Eco Switch that allows the fan to run at a reduced operating cost while maintaining a satisfactory level of airflow. It also has a dimming function for the Spyda models with light. Note that one remote is required per fan, as the receiver part of the remote has limited capacity. This applies to all remotes.
