This complete ventilation kit includes a powerful inline fan designed to be installed discreetly in your roof space. It comes with a sleek frameless vent, a durable low-profile roof outlet, and flexible ducting for easy connection. A built-in backdraft shutter helps improve energy efficiency by preventing heat loss and stopping cold air from entering your home.
The inline fan also features a built-in speed controller, allowing you to easily switch between high and low settings to suit your needs.
With an inline extraction system, large amounts of steam and moisture are directed outside instead of into your roof space. This helps keep your home drier and reduces the risk of dampness and mould buildup.

The flow of air is as follows:
Internal ceiling vent – inline fan – back draft shutter – roof vent.
Installation
This DIY-friendly ventilation kit is designed for a straightforward setup. The fan comes ready to plug into a standard power point located in your roof space (typically connected to a wall switch). If a power point isn’t already available in your bathroom, toilet, or laundry roof cavity, a licensed electrician can easily install one for you.
How to calculate the required air volume
For good ventilation, it is recommended to achieve 15 air changes per hour in a bathroom, toilet, laundry or similar. To work this out, calculate the volume of air in the room (length x width x height, all in meters) and multiply it by 15 to get the fan’s required air volume. This will be adequate in most situations; however, if your bathroom has a lot of glass, you take longer or hotter showers, or you want to reduce steam and moisture even further, it’s best to choose a fan with at least double the recommended capacity.
