The 48″ Polar V2 DC (P3BL2581 + DCWC2409) from Hunter Pacific is another excellent option for those looking for a ceiling fan for their bedroom or living space. Offering 9-speeds of control via the included remote control, the Polar DC is powered by an efficient DC motor that consumes only 25.3W on max speed while moving an impressive 13,860 m3/hr of airflow. It is fitted with an 18W integrated CCT LED Light, which is both dimmable and switchable via both the remote and wall controls from 3000k, 4000k, and 6000k.
This fan is controllable with the included 9-speed remote control and wall control. Both controllers can be used in conjunction and feature reverse functions, timer settings, fan on/off, light dimming, and light CCT control.
This model utilises a DC motor, however, it has an internal inverter and is therefore compatible with normal AC electrical systems. It cannot be connected directly to a DC power source.
