Sub Floor Ventilation Kit with VKM 100 – Up to 60m3

This is a Sub Floor Ventilation Kit created specifically for areas of up to 60 cubic meters. This sub floor ventilation system features an Inline VKM (VKM Centrifugal Fan 100mm).

Some buildings have very little sub-floor ventilation. Inadequate underfloor ventilation can lead to an accumulation of moisture in the sub floor. This in turn can cause structural and health problems for the home and it’s occupants. The most common reason for inadequate under floor ventilation is that there not enough vents, or they are too small for the size and layout of building. Building extensions, building location and soil type can all contribute to problems in the subfloor.

Note: Please be aware that there may be a slight variation in the products sent with this kit due to stock variation. The fan will always remain the same, however there may be colour differences or slight shape differences in the other components (this will not affect the use of the kit).

Sub Floor Kit Includes:

• 1x VKM 100mm Inline fan Click to view fan Specs
• 1x 6m of 100mm duct
• 2x External Vents
• 1x 24hour Timer (The timer is plugged into a standard power point)
• 1x Flex & Plug (The fan is then plugged into the timer) Lead and plug will be connected to high speed. To use with optional speed controller, lead and plug will need to be removed so the fan can be hard wired.
• 1x Roll of Hanging Tape
• 1x Roll of Duct Tape
