Low Profile Ceiling Fans

Low profile ceiling fans, also known as hugger fans, are specifically designed for rooms with lower than normal ceiling heights. If you have limited height in a room, a flush mount ceiling  fan may be your best option. The distance from the ceiling to blade on these ceiling fans is shorter than a standard fan. If you select a hugger style (with no downrod), bear in mind that these will need to be installed on a flat ceiling.
